Bukit Merah Ecopark

While other sites highlight the plight of abused animals and attach together gruesome pictures of butchered, bloodied and mangled animals, we decide to be a little different. We will focus on the efforts of one of the wildlife organisations that preserve animals and care for them in the nicest way possible.

Situated beside Tasik Merah, Perak, this place not only takes care of animals but provide them with ample food and shelter. They emulate the animals' original habitat so that they wouldnt feel homesick. The tourists and visitors are given a briefing before entry and they are prohibited from touching sensitive animals as to not give them heart attacks..the animals, that is =P Visitors are allowed to feed the animals which are extremely tame. This shows that the animals are well-cared for and they have no reason to rebel against the trainers or tourists.
